NSJ has been dedicated in natural conservation. We promised to use natural woods and bamboo optimally in our products and minimal the harms to our mother earth. With that, we will maximize the use of woods and bamboo in our production. Both woods and bamboos have its own one and only textures and colours, we tolerate the differences just like we believe every living creature is unique in its own way. The differences in woods and bamboos have been explained here. Apart from the differences in their natural attributes, every product of NSJ has undergo comprehensive Quality Check before it arrives at your doorstep.
Step 1: Log In to your account
Before you start shopping, log in to your account. Register one if you don’t own any to have a better shopping experience and accumulate the reward points.
Step 2: Choose your favorite
You may start browsing the website to look for your ideal products and perfect gifts as you need.
Step 3: Upload your design
You may upload your image and wordings in the provided columns. Just leave the arrangement of the design to our professional designer. Our professional designer will make a nice design with your content. You may also upload your own design file for us if you have your own creativity. For a design inclusive of photo, we will provide an artwork before engraving through email.
Step 4: Add it into your cart
After you have personalized your item, add it into your cart to continue shopping or edit the second product. You may review your cart buy clicking on the “Cart Link” on the right top of the website.
Step 5: Check out
You may proceed to check out session after you have done the edition. Fill in the contact details before you proceed to payment. Kindly ensure all of the information is correct so that the parcel can find you right.
Step 6: Payment Methods
Choose your preferred payment method (Paypal / Online Banking / Credit & Debit Card / Manual Transfer) and shipping method. Apply the promo code on the top of the page if you have any applicable promotional code.
Step 7: Order completed
Your order is now successfully issued and you will receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes after you have completed the payment. Sit back and relax, your parcel will arrive within 6 working days nationwide. We normally ship out your parcel within 3 working days after payment and you will receive the tracking number through email. (Email title: Your nsj stylish store order from (date) is complete)
Step 8: Review
After you have received your items, you may review the products and shopping experience to make us better. 20 reward points will be credited to your account as a token of appreciation once your review has been approved.
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively , you may email us at [email protected] to check.
Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.
This is because our warehouse & customization department move really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.

- For international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on your shipping country and the weight of the items you are purchasing.
- NSJ is not responsible for courier delays, but will be responsible for courier damages.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email after we shipped your order.
All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case)

Order & Parcel Status
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click “My Account” at the top right hand of the webpage and click “Orders” -“History”.
You will receive an email notification with the tracking number after your parcel is shipped.
You may also check the status of your parcel here by keying in your tracking number.
Import Duty Charges
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
During Promotion Periods/Holidays(Hari Raya, Christmas, 11-11, Black Friday)
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. NSJ does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We only accept returns and refunds for products without personalized content on them and in original condition. We apologize if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Exchanges and refunds are easier now as you may submit your return/exchange request with reason(s) to [email protected] We will respond to your request within 24 working hours.
- All of NSJ Stylish Store products are covered under a 7 days warranty effective from the delivered date shown from the courier company. (Only applicable for the items which met the mentioned conditions)
- Request will be forfeited if the defective products are caused by improper use of workmanship.
- For electronic products, longer warranty period applied and it is stated in the product info segment.
- For Sunglasses, one-year warranty provided. Further details and condition may refer to Sunglasses Description Section.
- Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive. This is not a reason for exchanges.
- An exchange can be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
- A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges or the item you purchased is without personalized content.
- Exchange will only be done for the item(s) in its original condition (original packaging and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- For wooden items, products may vary in terms of symmetry/wood color/wood pattern. Exchange due to the mentioned reasons will not be accepted.
- For personalized items, there may be a mechanical uncertainty. In such cases, the variance of differences in measurement within 0.1-0.5cm will not be considered as a defect.
- We will ship out the exchanged item(s) within 48 hours once the item is received. It normally takes 4-6 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
The item is on your responsibility until it reached us. For your own protection, we recommend you to send the items using the reliable courier agent and pack item properly. Please send the consignment note to us in case we shall need them for reference.
- For defective/in-corrected item that we approved, NSJ will bear the shipping fees paid by the customer.
- Return of items can only be done one time per order.
- All the return requests which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
4. In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
