• Image should be clear and even light. BLUR/ DARK/ OVER-EXPOSURED/BACKLIGHT/UNDER SHADOW photo is not acceptable. NOTE: The actual engravings on wood may look a little bit different from the original image.
• For the design included a portrait photo, we will send an art preview through email within 24 hours during working days once payment received, two revisions are provided. If buyers do not reply within 48 hours, we will proceed with the art preview.
• If you have preferred font or arrangement(such as the placement of the word), you can write in ‘Order Note’ during checkout, or else we will choose for you from our experiences.
