For the first few times use, please only put warm water or room temperature water or cold water only to let the cup adapt to water. After that, you can use it to put in hot coffee. Please avoid putting the cup in the microwave, dishwasher, or oven.

- Premium type: UV Printed wooden box (you can add pic& text on it, which makes your gift looks premium) - RM290

- We don't provide artwork previews and accept modifications toward design for free as please understand that this process will cost a lot. If you like to have the privilege to view and ask for the amendment, you may add on 'Preview and amendment service'.
- For your convenience, we provide some designs for you to choose from directly, The picture and wording can be changed to yours. please check it from the profile pictures.
- You can definitely request us to engrave other designs, you may upload your design file or do a draft to let us know how you want it to be and we will follow your request exactly.
- If you have other requirements for the adjustment of the font size, font type, text, and image placement, you can leave a message in the order note (in the shopping cart) or email it to us at support@nsjstylishstore.com.
- If you want to change the font type, you may search for other fonts at dafont.com which has many free beautiful fonts! Just let us know the font name and we will change it for you.

- Please understand the result may look bad if you insert too much wording because the more you put it, the smaller size it will be engraved, which makes the wording not looking obvious. Refer to our sample to get the best result.
- For customers who choose to add on 'Preview and amendment service', the artwork will be sent to your email within 3 working days. After that, it depends on how fast you can provide feedback. The estimated shipping date will be extended due to this.
