- Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
- Additional days may be required for areas out from major cities.
- For international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on your shipping country and the weight of the items you are purchasing.
- NSJ is not responsible for courier delays, but will be responsible for courier damages.
- If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated above, please contact us within the next two working days at support@nsjstylishstore.com so that we can check with the courier company. Any parcel that fails to be delivered will be kept in the courier warehouse for up to 7 days and they will be returned if no one pick them up within 7 days. If you do not contact us before the return, you will need to cover the second shipping fee for your parcel.

Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out. We normally ship out orders within 3 working days. Please note that the notification email might be located in your Junk/Spam mailbox if you can’t find our mail in your primary mailbox. You may track your order with the tracking number provided via this tracking system directly (click here)

Order & Parcel Status
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.
"Unfulfilled" means your order is still being processed by us.
"Fulfilled" means your order has been shipped out and you may get the tracking number via email or message.

Import Duty Charges
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.

During Promotion Periods/Holidays(Hari Raya, Christmas, 11-11, Black Friday)
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping because courier companies handle more parcels than usual. Please expect a longer delivery time when you place orders during peak season. The delay is definitely beyond our control.
